What geographical areas do you cover?

We cover anywhere within the M25 and can also carry out works in the Home Counties, However if you are based elsewhere please contact us and we will try our best to help as we do also provide services to some of our clients outside of these areas.

Can i have a cleaner attended out of normal working hours?

No Problem - Our Supervisors and cleaners are working at all hours including many night shifts and early mornings when deep cleans take take place.

Can you cut down our costs of janitorial supplies?

We stock a very large range of janitorial supplies to suit all budgets. We source our products locally. Please call us and let us know your exact requirements and we will work out a way to reduce your costs.  we can also  provide prices for a whole pallet of any product and deliver cases from our warehouse when necessary to save on your storage.

Can You offer your clients emergency cleaning services if required?

Our office contact number 0207 231 5888 is operational 24/7 7 days per week. If you require any emergency cleaning please don’t hesitate to ask and we will arrange an specialist team to help.

What Health and Safety Documents do you supply?

Traditions site specific manuals contain risk assessments, method statements, insurance documents, training certificates, COSHH and a signing in/out log. If this is a scheduled regular cleaning site, a hard copy of this manual will most likely be kept in the cleaner’s cupboard. All of these documents can be emailed to a client on request.
